Scope
This privacy policy applies to the Pure Dashboard app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by CHEF 4 LIFE LIMITED (collectively, the “Application”). CHEF 4 LIFE LIMITED is the Service Provider.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Precise location
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such information is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
Because the Application does not collect or retain personal information through normal use, there is no routine personal-data retention period for app usage data.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider or provide information by other means, that information may be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate interests, after which it will be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Data Deletion
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application and locally stored app data from your device, subject to your device and backup settings.
If you have voluntarily provided information directly to the Service Provider and want it deleted, you may request deletion by emailing marthelliso@gmail.com. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information using the privacy contact email listed on this page.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If a child voluntarily provides personal information through other means, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you have voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy with an effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect.

Your Consent
